Rather than operating as a single factory, we coordinate the expertise and production capabilities of carefully selected partners to provide brands with access to a wide range of manufacturing solutions.

FABRIC SOURCING & MATERIALS
Vestir360 manages fabric and material sourcing as an integral part of the apparel development and manufacturing process. 

Working with an established network of Portuguese and international textile suppliers, we identify and coordinate suitable sourcing solutions for each project. 

Our network provides access to a wide range of materials, from cotton, linen and jersey to fleece and advanced technical fabrics for activewear and swimwear.

We oversee the selection process, considering fibre composition, fabric weight, performance characteristics, availability and intended application to ensure that materials meet the product's design, quality and production requirements. 

From initial material selection to sourcing coordination and supply follow-up, we manage this stage to ensure the right materials are available for product development and manufacturing.
PATTERN DEVELOPMENT & SAMPLING

Our network includes experienced pattern makers and specialised sample rooms in Portugal, providing comprehensive technical support for garment development and production preparation.

We work with both digital and paper patterns. 
Digital files supplied by clients can be adapted to our partners' CAD systems, while paper patterns can be digitised for further development.

Our services include pattern development, size grading according to measurement tables approved by the client, pattern adjustments and the preparation of production cutting plans. 

We also coordinate prototype construction and sample making to ensure each garment is technically prepared for manufacturing.

GARMENT FINISHING & CUSTOMIZATION

Our network includes specialised partners offering a wide range of garment customisation and finishing techniques to meet different product and branding requirements.

Available processes include screen and digital printing, embroidery, garment dyeing, washing effects, heat transfers, labels, appliqués and other decorative finishes.

We help identify the most suitable techniques and partners for each project, ensuring that every detail meets the client's design, quality and finishing expectations.

APPAREL PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING


Our network brings together specialised garment manufacturers across Portugal, with experience in a wide range of apparel categories and production techniques.

From jersey garments, casualwear and sportswear to swimwear, technical apparel and more complex constructions, our partners offer different manufacturing capabilities to meet each project's requirements.

We coordinate the selection of suitable production facilities according to garment type, materials, construction, quantities and quality expectations, supporting our clients from approved samples through to finished garments.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Our network and logistics partners support the coordination of finished garments from production facilities in Portugal to destinations worldwide.

We assist with shipping arrangements, transport coordination and the preparation of export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, according to each project's requirements.

Whether shipments are arranged by air, sea or road, we work to ensure an organised and reliable delivery process, keeping our clients informed throughout the final stage of their orders.
