We manage and follow up on garment manufacturing, coordinating sewing, assembly and finishing operations to ensure production follows approved samples and technical specifications.

11. QUALITY CONTROL, LOGISTICS & EXPORT
We coordinate quality monitoring throughout manufacturing, including DUPRO (During Production Inspection), to identify potential issues and ensure production follows approved samples and specifications. We also coordinate final quality inspections, shipping arrangements and export documentation, managing the process through to delivery of finished garments to clients worldwide.

PRODUCTION QUANTITIES & MOQs
We work with different production partners and manufacturing capabilities to accommodate a range of order quantities. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) depend on the garment type, materials, construction and production requirements. For many products, our standard MOQ is around 200 pieces per style and colour. Depending on the project, smaller production runs of 50 or 100 pieces may also be possible, subject to technical feasibility and adjusted pricing. Our aim is to find the most suitable production solution for each brand and project.
