Vestir360 manages fabric and material sourcing as an integral part of the apparel development and manufacturing process. Working with an established network of Portuguese and international textile suppliers, we identify and coordinate suitable sourcing solutions for each project. Our network provides access to a wide range of materials, from cotton, linen and jersey to fleece and advanced technical fabrics for activewear and swimwear. We oversee the selection process, considering fibre composition, fabric weight, performance characteristics, availability and intended application to ensure that materials meet the product's design, quality and production requirements. From initial material selection to sourcing coordination and supply follow-up, we manage this stage to ensure the right materials are available for product development and manufacturing.

Vestir360 manages pattern development, prototyping and sample production through a network of specialised partners in Portugal. We coordinate each stage of product development, from interpreting initial concepts and technical specifications to pattern creation, prototype construction, fitting sessions and sample adjustments. Vestir360 manages garment customization and finishing by coordinating specialised partners and service providers across Portugal. According to each product's design and requirements, we organise a range of processes, including screen and digital printing, embroidery, garment dyeing, washing treatments, labelling and other finishing techniques. We oversee the selection and coordination of suitable specialists, ensuring that customization requirements are aligned with the garment's construction, materials and overall specifications. APPAREL MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION
Vestir360 manages garment manufacturing through a network of specialised production partners across Portugal. Based on each project's requirements, we select and coordinate the most suitable manufacturing capabilities, taking into account garment type, materials, construction, technical specifications and order quantities. From production planning and material coordination to communication with manufacturing partners and ongoing progress monitoring, we oversee every stage of the process. We maintain close follow-up to ensure that production is carried out according to the approved samples, specifications and agreed requirements, coordinating the different operations through to the completion of finished garments, ready for shipment and export.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY
Vestir360 manages the logistics and export coordination required to deliver finished garments from Portugal to clients worldwide. We organise shipping arrangements, liaise with transport and freight partners, and coordinate the preparation of relevant export and shipping documentation according to each project's requirements.
